About the Role
Optizenith Global Solutions seeks a dedicated female Process & Product Trainer to join our healthcare call center located in Hebbal, Bengaluru. This role demands someone enthusiastic about delivering comprehensive training related to products and processes, onboarding new hires, and fostering continuous education to boost operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate induction, product, process, and refresher training sessions for both new hires and existing employees.
- Design training plans, create presentations, manuals, and other educational resources.
- Evaluate trainee progress using various methods including quizzes, mock calls, and observations.
- Identify training gaps and implement actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Quality teams to enhance workforce performance.
- Maintain detailed records of training attendance and assessment results.
- Support rollout and adoption of new products, processes, and updates.
- Coach agents on effective communication, customer interaction, and adherence to processes.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Trainer within a Call Center or BPO setting.
- Prior experience in healthcare process training is advantageous.
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and facilitation.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong interpersonal capabilities and coaching aptitude.
- Female candidates preferred; married women and mothers encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with various teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 based on experience and interview evaluation.
