Customer Care Executive - Tele Collection (DRA Certified)

Overview

We seek a Tele Collection Executive certified by DRA to handle collections and recovery processes, focusing on delinquency accounts at various stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls targeting assigned customer accounts for debt collection.
• Effectively manage delinquent portfolios including Bucket 0, Bucket 1, and Bucket 2 cases.
• Secure high-quality Promise to Pay (PTP) agreements from customers.
• Maximize the conversion rate of PTPs into actual collections.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to meet monthly recovery targets.
• Negotiate repayment arrangements while preserving positive customer relations.
• Accurately record all customer interactions and collection progress in the CRM system.
• Comply strictly with all regulatory, compliance, and company collection policies.
• Meet specified productivity, quality metrics, and collection KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Mandatory DRA Certification.
• At least 6 months of collections experience post-DRA certification.
• Proven experience handling Bucket 0, 1, and 2 delinquency portfolios.
• Demonstrated expertise in PTP generation and conversion, customer follow-ups, and collection recovery.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure to achieve targets.
