Key Responsibilities

• Perform all food and beverage service operations following established standards and procedures.
• Exceed guest expectations by going beyond the standard service requirements whenever possible.
• Anticipate and prevent complaints while effectively managing service recovery as necessary.
• Maintain proactive communication with colleagues, always focusing on the guests' best interests.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a genuine service-oriented attitude paired with high emotional intelligence.
• Hold at minimum a high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or a closely related field is preferred.
• Have at least one year of experience in a similar role within a five-star hospitality environment.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
