Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and reach out to skilled professionals using diverse platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and active sourcing techniques.
- Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle from initial contact to successful placement.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Collaborate closely with experienced consultants in sales and advisory roles.
- Gradually assume responsibilities in client management and recruitment processes.
- Develop knowledge in market, industry, and competitive analysis.
Candidate Profile
- Completed academic degree or a commercial/equivalent vocational training.
- Strong interest in recruitment, sales, and the IT job market.
- Excellent communication skills, self-initiative, and eagerness to learn.
- Goal-oriented and structured working style with a drive to achieve success.
- Fluent German language skills.
- Driver's license is required.

Additional Information
The base salary range is fixed at €45,000 and is complemented by a variable commission plan contingent on performance against set targets. Final base salary determination considers relevant experience, skills, and internal pay equity. All variable remuneration is governed by a transparent commission scheme aligned with role expectations.
