Role Overview

This full-time, on-location position based in Mengio involves managing the entire recruitment cycle for IT roles targeting the US market. The recruiter will handle tasks such as sourcing candidates, screening applicants, conducting interviews, posting job openings, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and coordinating onboarding processes. Maintaining detailed recruitment documentation and developing a strong talent pipeline are also critical components of the role. Collaboration with hiring managers and internal teams ensures efficient and effective hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Proficient in IT and technical recruiting across various technology positions.
• Strong skills in hiring processes aligned with fulfilling client staffing needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging both clients and candidates effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing several requisitions simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience as a US IT Recruiter or in a comparable technical recruiting role is highly advantageous.
