About the Role

Join a renowned international boutique recruitment consultancy located in the City of London, where relationship-building takes precedence over rigid KPIs. This role offers the chance to cultivate long-term connections with clients and candidates, balancing recruitment delivery with account management responsibilities within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the entire recruitment process from understanding job requirements through to successful candidate placement.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients and technical candidates across global markets.
  • Source, engage, and place top-tier technical professionals internationally.
  • Organize interviews and maintain effective communication throughout recruitment stages.
  • Provide a superior recruitment experience in a fast-paced, quality-centered setting.
  • Work collaboratively within a knowledgeable and supportive team that values shared success.
  • Manage and expand existing client accounts while fostering new business opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor recruitment team members to meet both individual and collective objectives.
  • Support team delivery efforts to safeguard business outcomes for clients and freelancers.
  • Assess team workloads and provide necessary support to ensure effective role management.
  • Deliver constructive feedback to senior management and promote a positive, motivating team culture.
  • Identify training needs and development opportunities for the team alongside senior leadership.
  • Assist team members in client meetings when needed and encourage achievement of company targets.
  • Exercise commercial insight to balance client relationships and margin protection thoughtfully.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance processes and overall business performance.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven background in technical recruitment, account management, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Effective multitasking with the ability to manage numerous vacancies and priorities.
  • Proactive, organised, and focused on practical solutions.
  • Team player with prior experience in managing or mentoring others.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary of £40,000 per annum.
  • Commission-based earnings with an on-target earnings (OTE) of approximately £100,000.
  • Hybrid working model including remote work every Monday.
