Key Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment process from understanding job requirements through to successful candidate placement.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients and technical candidates across global markets.
- Source, engage, and place top-tier technical professionals internationally.
- Organize interviews and maintain effective communication throughout recruitment stages.
- Provide a superior recruitment experience in a fast-paced, quality-centered setting.
- Work collaboratively within a knowledgeable and supportive team that values shared success.
- Manage and expand existing client accounts while fostering new business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor recruitment team members to meet both individual and collective objectives.
- Support team delivery efforts to safeguard business outcomes for clients and freelancers.
- Assess team workloads and provide necessary support to ensure effective role management.
- Deliver constructive feedback to senior management and promote a positive, motivating team culture.
- Identify training needs and development opportunities for the team alongside senior leadership.
- Assist team members in client meetings when needed and encourage achievement of company targets.
- Exercise commercial insight to balance client relationships and margin protection thoughtfully.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance processes and overall business performance.
Candidate Profile
- Proven background in technical recruitment, account management, or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Effective multitasking with the ability to manage numerous vacancies and priorities.
- Proactive, organised, and focused on practical solutions.
- Team player with prior experience in managing or mentoring others.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of £40,000 per annum.
- Commission-based earnings with an on-target earnings (OTE) of approximately £100,000.
- Hybrid working model including remote work every Monday.
