Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture proactive connections with employers to sustain and grow recruitment opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of employer businesses, including their hiring requirements and operational processes.
• Engage candidates who are ready to work, leveraging opportunities to match them effectively with employer needs.
• Facilitate the placement of candidates to secure lasting employment outcomes.
• Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators, applying a results-oriented mindset.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• Proven track record of initiating cold outreach and engaging prospective clients successfully.
• Experience in proactive business development with demonstrated growth in client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to deliver exceptional recruitment services.
• Advanced abilities in managing and deepening professional relationships.
• Success in expanding relationships from initial contact to substantial partnerships.
• Comfort and success working within demanding KPI environments typical of competitive industries.
