Senior Placement Officer

Position Overview

Anudip Foundation is looking to hire a Senior Placement Officer based in Behala, Kolkata. This role requires a minimum of four years of experience in a similar capacity. The successful candidate will manage and expand placement opportunities for Anudip students by building strong employer relationships and overseeing the end-to-end placement process.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify key employers in urban areas to create placement opportunities for Anudip students.
• Match students to companies according to specific job requirements and handle pre-placement profiling activities.
• Engage with company leadership, including directors and HR heads, to understand manpower needs and establish placement partnerships.
• Take on additional tasks as necessitated by the organization.
• Collaborate closely with branch offices to manage placement procedures and maintain records of students who have been placed.
• Contribute to generating revenue for the organization through effective student placements.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to pre-placement and post-placement processes.
• Keep an up-to-date student database and brief students on job openings following client requirements.
• Conduct market research on job opportunities and trends.
• Coordinate regularly with managers and trainers to ensure smooth placement operations.
