Role Overview

The Placement Executive position is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, offering a compensation package of up to 40,000 INR per month. This role requires proactive coordination with employers to source appropriate job opportunities and match qualified candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update placement databases regularly to track candidate progress and placement status.
• Coordinate interview schedules and conduct pre-placement sessions to prepare candidates.
• Communicate consistently with candidates and employers to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to understand their hiring needs.
• Collaborate with internal training teams to ensure candidates are ready and aligned with industry requirements.
• Generate and share placement reports with stakeholders for transparency and monitoring.

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong skills in employer outreach, candidate mapping, and placement coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to build relationships with students, employers, and internal teams.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both oral and written, suitable for interviews and reporting.
• A customer service orientation to provide timely and effective support to learners and hiring partners.
• Experience or aptitude in conducting training activities such as pre-placement talks and interview preparation.
• Graduate degree in any field; degrees in Human Resources, Business, or Social Work favored.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic data handling, including report preparation and interpretation.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse and underrepresented populations in alignment with Anudip's inclusive mission.
