Role Overview
UNIQCRYPTO GROUP is hiring a Remote Global Human Resources Generalist to join our recruitment team full-time. The position requires owning a personal laptop for workstation purposes and holding at least a bachelor's degree (BA, BSc) or preferably a master's degree (MSc, MA, MBA) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departmental managers to clarify job requirements and create engaging job descriptions.
- Source exceptional candidates, particularly developers, IT engineers, AI researchers, and various professionals worldwide.
- Conduct candidate screenings using phone interviews and multiple communication platforms such as LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, and Telegram.
- Participate in interviews to assist in assembling a diverse and high-performing global workforce.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience in recruitment, including usage of applicant tracking systems (ATS), interview techniques, and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, relationship management, and time management skills.
- Proven track record of building cooperative and trustworthy professional relationships.
- Capability to independently devise efficient hiring strategies and make prompt decisions.
