Overview

The Global HR Business Partner role focuses on supporting operations in Saudi Arabia and Vietnam, primarily managing human resources activities related to 3PL operations and labor compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with labor suppliers to oversee staffing for PI/FG warehouse roles including Supervisors and Operators, ensuring recruitment schedules align with operational needs.
  • Lead the entire process of work visa application, renewal, and compliance for Chinese employees, including medical checks, QVP applications, submission, and approval, eliminating risks of inappropriate visa usage.
  • Manage supplier relationships by evaluating and onboarding alternative labor vendors, participating in RFQ price comparisons and contract negotiations, and establishing multiple supplier mechanisms to mitigate single-source risks.
  • Handle local employee relations by applying in-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and Saudization policies, addressing attendance, discipline, and resignations, while fostering cross-cultural collaboration between Chinese and Saudi teams.
  • Maintain and report critical HR data weekly, such as attendance rates, visa processing status, and recruitment gaps, contributing to project Weekly BMS reports to support leadership decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, preferably with overseas or Middle East/Saudi Arabia project exposure.
  • Proficient in managing labor outsourcing and full supplier negotiation processes.
  • Strong command of English as the working language and fluent in Mandarin.
  • Willingness and ability to reside long-term in Riyadh.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to work in a leading global international platform with a dynamic and challenging environment fostering rapid professional growth.
  • Experience working within a multicultural team contributing to global development initiatives.
  • Comprehensive compensation package including competitive salary, medical insurance, retirement plans, and performance bonuses.
