Role Overview
This role focuses on delivering outreach employment services across regional New South Wales as part of a new mobile bus program. The program addresses transportation challenges by bringing assistance directly to job seekers in areas such as Harden & Boorowa (alternate Mondays), Cooma (every second Tuesday), Bibbenluke, Bombala & Jindabyne (alternate Thursdays), and Berridale (every second Friday). The position also requires presence at the Queanbeyan office every second Tuesday and Wednesday. Holding a valid driver’s license and being capable of driving a van are mandatory.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

- Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic and evolving environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing business targets.
- Proficient in computer use, particularly MS Office applications.

Additional Requirements and Information
- Prior industry experience is not required; successful candidates often come from customer-oriented roles such as retail or hospitality and bring strong mentoring capabilities.
- A current Working with Children Check (or state equivalent) is compulsory, along with a police check. Having a clear criminal record is not mandatory.
