Role Overview
We seek a driven Strategic Partnership Lead who will grow our network of employer partners. The focus is to engage with Talent Acquisition Heads, CTOs, HR Directors, and Staffing Executives across technology hubs to establish formal agreements and hiring partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate, pitch, and execute formal MoUs and hiring contracts with IT service providers, SaaS firms, product studios, and high-growth startups to onboard EvalentX-assessed talent.
- Educate TA leads and CTOs on the "Skill Passport" and "Talent Heatmap" system, showcasing how pre-verified coding and audio sample candidates reduce time-to-hire by 60%.
- Create sustainable recruitment channels for Tier 1 (high-growth) and Tier 2 (production-ready) candidates across regional, national, and remote tech markets.
- Act as the liaison connecting corporate recruiters with university partners to enhance interview-to-selection ratios.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum three years of experience in B2B corporate relations, EdTech corporate sales, campus alliances, or IT staffing business development.
- Possess an active, warm network of HR leaders, talent acquisition directors, and CTOs within Indian technology ecosystems.
- Proven experience in executing corporate MoUs, bulk hiring agreements, or enterprise recruitment collaborations.
- Comfortable communicating technical concepts such as coding sandboxes, AI-based assessments, and skill verification tools to corporate stakeholders.
