Role Overview
As a Product Manager specializing in logistics, you will balance business strategy with user experience, focusing on data-driven decision-making. You will lead product discovery processes, benchmark competitors, and plan medium-term product expansions. Enhancing the delivery experience for both couriers and customers—especially regarding box location and installation—is a key responsibility. You will work closely with data and design teams to measure delivery impact and implement AI-driven solutions. Participation in standard agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and planning sessions is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate business strategy with user experience, emphasizing data-oriented decisions.
- Conduct product discovery phases including benchmarking and medium-term expansion planning.
- Improve app experience for couriers and customers by focusing on box placement and installation.
- Measure delivery impact in collaboration with data and design teams.
- Deploy artificial intelligence solutions within the product.
- Engage actively in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Required Skills and Qualities
- Proficiency in experimentation tools such as A/B Testing and Fake Door tests.
- Strong ability to navigate and make strategic decisions grounded in data analysis.
- Competence in balancing business strategy alongside user experience considerations.
- Entrepreneurial drive and innovation orientation with a results-focused mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working in dynamic environments with adaptability to change.
- Medium-term product vision and capability to propose expansion plans for logistics boxes.
- Ability to design product experience roadmaps outlining the product trajectory.
