AI Product Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the development and execution of strategies for AI-oriented products and functionalities. You will collaborate with diverse teams including engineering, data science, design, compliance, and business units to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise and implement product strategies and roadmaps tailored to AI-powered features and products.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to create scalable AI solutions.
• Convert business needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams on projects involving large language models (LLMs), AI agents, automation tools, recommendation engines, or data intelligence solutions.
• Perform market and competitor analysis along with user feedback assessment to discover new product opportunities.
• Rank product features by their impact on business, user demands, and feasibility from a technical standpoint.
• Track and analyze product metrics related to performance, user engagement, and operations for ongoing improvement.
• Oversee product launches and manage coordination across stakeholders for smooth execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Two to three years of experience in Product Management, ideally within AI, SaaS, fintech, or technology sectors.
• Solid understanding of AI/machine learning principles, including familiarity with large language models and prompt engineering.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams using agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Effective communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with product management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalents.
• Excellent project coordination and communication competencies.
