Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Lead with a robust background in fintech, ewallet, or payments to enhance our product’s user experience leveraging data insights and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting business stakeholders with innovative fintech solutions and spearheading user experience enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to conceive, develop, and refine the user journey across web and mobile platforms, spanning onboarding, payments, and trading features.
• Take ownership of key operational metrics such as KYC approval rates and payment success rates.
• Partner with the CEO to spearhead global development of emerging products like margins and futures.
• Oversee the global product roadmap, adapting to local regulatory requirements across different countries.
• Lead and manage the global teams responsible for product, design, and product operations.
• Utilize quantitative analysis, testing, qualitative research, and customer feedback to guide decision-making.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to scale the platform efficiently while ensuring operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in developing and managing crypto, ewallet, or fintech products within Southeast Asia and/or Greater China.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical disciplines such as Computer Science or design-related domains like Human-Computer Interaction.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of Product Managers, Engineers, or feature teams.
• Demonstrated expertise with spot trading, margin, and futures financial products.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, adept at using data and metrics to substantiate decisions.
• Comfortable driving key performance indicators (KPIs) in a data-driven environment.
• Inherent curiosity and strong logical reasoning starting from fundamental principles.
• Excellent communication skills enabling collaboration across engineering, legal, compliance, sales, and executive stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese languages.
