Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of the CAP/FAT segment (Pet or Shopping) and independently present indicators in RQAs with a structured problem-to-solution diagnosis including impact, responsible party, and deadlines.
Perform advanced analyses using SQL and Databricks by developing custom queries to investigate issues like cancellations and availability disruptions and model performance indicators.
Design and maintain analytical query pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and delivery of actionable insights.
Create AI-driven automations that reduce diagnostic time, generate automatic alerts, or enhance the team's delivery capacity.
Lead end-to-end product initiatives from diagnosis, solution proposal, implementation to impact monitoring.
Analyze operational processes to identify root causes, proposing actions to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Develop analytical views and ready-to-use reports for decision-making and leadership presentations.
Document workflows, organize deliverables, and act as a technical point of contact for internal teams, facilitating alignment and execution.
Engage in structural projects, collaborating with Product, Commercial, Logistics, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in SQL and Databricks for querying large databases and building complex queries.
Strong data analysis capabilities and indicator modeling to support diagnosis and decision-making.
Causal thinking with a proactive approach to identifying root causes before proposing solutions.
Autonomy to manage topics end-to-end, coordinating deliveries, aligning teams, and ensuring execution.
Clear and adaptable communication skills suitable for operations, partners, and leadership.
Results-oriented mindset with ownership and goal-focused attitude.
Ability to translate analyses into presentations, action plans, and actionable recommendations.
Hands-on profile with an 80/20 prioritization approach emphasizing measurable impact delivery.
Skill in documenting workflows and implementing scalable improvements.
Competence in designing AI automations and establishing alerting criteria and governance.

Preferred Experience

Background in marketplace, retail, or product areas managing inventory, availability, and consumer experience.
Experience in developing AI automations such as agents, pipelines, or smart alerts.
Knowledge of BI and visualization tools for building executive dashboards.
Familiarity with Google Sheets and Excel for ad hoc analyses.
Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies like Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
Skill in storytelling with data and preparing materials for leadership forums.
