Analyst of Operations and Business - Mid Level, Restaurant Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary squads to engage stakeholders, facilitating communication across departments such as Commercial, RX, Logistics, and Education by highlighting external challenges internally.
• Drive continuous improvements in logistics operations by proactively spotting opportunities to enhance service levels.
• Integrate qualitative and quantitative data relating to partner satisfaction and operational KPIs.
• Track performance indicators, identify variances, and lead root cause analyses.
• Create and maintain management reports to pinpoint partners with problematic behaviors.
• Participate actively in developing and negotiating strategies aimed at combating these offender profiles.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
• A data-driven mindset, comfortable with rapid experimentation and continuous learning.
• Prior experience using SQL for table validation and data relationship understanding.
• Autonomy and proactivity in handling and interpreting complex data sets.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to communicate findings as actionable business recommendations.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and cooperation.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for cohort analyses and similar tasks.

• Ability to clearly explain intricate analytical results.
• Familiarity with AI agents and automation tools such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Hands-on knowledge of data visualization platforms like Looker, Data Studio, Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau.
