About the Role

Salt Creek Capital is actively searching for a seasoned operating executive to become an Executive Partner at the firm. The chosen candidate will collaborate with the firm to assess potential company acquisition targets and will subsequently assume the role of President & CEO upon acquisition closure. In this capacity, the executive will be responsible for comprehensive profit and loss management, steering growth strategies, and overseeing operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the acquired company as its highest-ranking executive, with direct reporting to and participation in the company’s board of directors.
• Develop and implement strategies to foster company growth and operational excellence.
• Manage the full financial scope including profit and loss oversight.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles with proven success in managing profit and loss or experience as a President or General Manager.
• Strong inclination towards partnership in business ventures with the capacity to balance fiduciary duties to various stakeholders.
• Track record of managing businesses focused on generating substantial free cash flow and EBITDA.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to accept significant responsibility aligned with commensurate rewards.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee all facets of company management.
• Proven success in enhancing profitability through proactive business development.
• Possession of excellent professional recommendations and a reputation for high integrity.
