Role Summary

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Global Head of Commercial Finance will spearhead the commercial finance partnership across various business functions, including manufacturing, supply chain, innovation, and sales and marketing on a global scale. This senior leadership position blends hands-on execution with strategic influence on ZIWI's financial outcomes and expansion trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide strategic business planning focused on achieving sustainable revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow growth.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a global commercial finance team.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and detailed financial modeling for commercial operations worldwide.
• Manage weekly financial snapshots, monthly reports, quarterly reforecasts, and the comprehensive annual budgeting process.
• Support mergers and acquisitions by providing strategic alignment, financial modeling, and due diligence expertise.
• Develop key performance indicator dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor commercial performance.

Expertise and Experience Required

• Professional qualification as CA, CPA, or equivalent with over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven background in commercial finance within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or similarly complex and dynamic industries.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and data-driven reporting frameworks.
• Exceptional ability to manage and influence stakeholders at executive levels across both finance and non-finance sectors.
