About the Role
Salt Creek Capital is searching for a seasoned operating executive to join their team as an Executive Partner. In this position, the individual will collaborate with the firm to assess potential acquisitions and subsequently assume leadership as President & CEO of the acquired companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company post-acquisition with full responsibility for profit and loss management.
- Formulate and execute growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the business.
- Serve as the highest-ranking executive officer within the company and actively engage with the board of directors.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in senior management roles with proven track record in P&L oversight and executive leadership such as President or General Manager.
- Strong willingness to act as a business partner while balancing fiduciary duties towards diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability and enthusiasm for managing a business focused on driving strong free cash flow and EBITDA.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with readiness to take on significant responsibilities accompanied by suitable rewards.
- Comprehensive experience managing all facets of a company.
- Track record of enhancing profitability through proactive business development initiatives.
- Excellent professional reputation and unquestionable integrity.
