Salt Creek Capital is actively searching for a seasoned operating executive to join its team as an Executive Partner. This role involves evaluating acquisition opportunities and subsequently leading the acquired companies as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Key Responsibilities

In the capacity of CEO, the successful candidate will be accountable for overseeing the complete profit and loss (P&L) statement, crafting growth strategies, and managing day-to-day operations. The CEO will act as the highest-ranking business leader within the acquired entities and will report directly to the company's board of directors, also participating in board activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years in senior management, including proven success in managing P&L, or holding President or General Manager roles.
• Strong desire to collaborate as a business partner, balancing fiduciary duties towards multiple diverse stakeholders.
• Track record demonstrating capability and enthusiasm for managing businesses focused on achieving robust free cash flow and EBITDA goals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to accept significant responsibilities paired with expected rewards.
• Demonstrated competence in comprehensive company management.
• Proven success in enhancing profitability through proactive business development.
