Role Summary

We are seeking experienced Payroll Professionals to participate in a series of tasks reflecting your practical payroll knowledge. You will be asked to perform duties involving payroll calculations, compliance checks, benefits administration, tax deductions, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute a variety of payroll-related tasks and scenarios drawing on your professional background.
• Utilize your expertise to accurately answer queries related to payroll computations, regulatory compliance, benefit management, and taxation.
• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback regarding the clarity and applicability of task questions.
• Apply sound professional judgment when confronted with hypothetical payroll situations presented throughout the tasks.

Requirements

• Currently engaged in payroll processes within your role in Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting.
• Official job title is flexible, provided payroll responsibilities are part of your duties.
• Good working knowledge of payroll operations including calculations, compliance, benefits administration, tax withholding, and reporting.
• Preferably experience with payroll software, human resource information systems (HRIS), or automated payroll workflow solutions.
