About the Role

We are currently recruiting a team of Payroll Professionals to contribute to a prestigious project in collaboration with a top technology firm. This initiative aims to develop a benchmark that assesses how AI research models handle complex payroll tasks within Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake a variety of payroll-related tasks leveraging your real-world expertise.
• Apply your knowledge in areas such as payroll calculations, regulatory compliance, administration of benefits, tax deductions, and reporting requirements.
• Provide clear feedback on the relevance and clarity of payroll-related task questions.
• Use professional insight to evaluate realistic payroll scenarios presented during tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Currently engaged in payroll operations as part of your responsibilities in HR, Finance, or Accounting functions.
• Job title is flexible; the essential requirement is active involvement with payroll duties.
• Strong understanding of payroll workflows including calculations, compliance, benefits management, tax withholding, and reporting processes.
• Preferred: Experience working with payroll software, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or automated payroll technologies.
