Role Overview

We are assembling a team of Payroll Professionals to contribute to a prominent project with a leading technology company. The objective is to establish a benchmark that tests how research models address complex payroll-related operations and decisions spanning HR, Finance, and Accounting functions.

Participants will undertake several tasks based on their practical payroll knowledge, covering payroll computations, compliance adherence, employee benefits management, tax deductions, and reporting obligations.

Note: Candidates must first complete an eligibility screening process before gaining access to the platform for this project.

What You Bring

• Active participation in payroll responsibilities within Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting roles.
• Specific job title is unimportant, provided payroll duties are a component of your position.
• Proficiency in payroll procedures including calculation, compliance, benefits handling, tax deduction, and reporting.
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience with payroll software, HRIS platforms, or automated payroll systems.
