Role Overview

We are assembling a team of Payroll Professionals to contribute to a significant project in collaboration with a premier tech company. This initiative aims to develop a benchmark assessing how AI research models handle complex payroll-related challenges within HR, Finance, and Accounting.

Participants will undertake a series of tasks drawing upon their payroll expertise, including payroll calculations, regulatory compliance, benefits management, tax deductions, and payroll reporting.

Initial eligibility will be verified through a screening process before access to the platform is granted.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to payroll operations and various scenarios.
• Apply your professional experience to resolve questions concerning payroll computations, compliance obligations, employee benefits, and tax withholdings.
• Provide detailed feedback on the clarity and relevance of task materials.
• Offer your expert opinion on real-world payroll cases posed during the tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Currently active in payroll responsibilities within HR, Finance, or Accounting roles.
• Any job title is acceptable as long as payroll duties are part of the role.
• Knowledgeable about payroll workflows, including calculations, legal compliance, benefits administration, tax withholding, and reporting mechanisms.
• Prior experience with payroll software, HR information systems, or automated payroll processes is advantageous.
