Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer tailored solutions aligned with the client's requirements, budget constraints, and timeline, adapting scope as new needs emerge.
  • Lead collaborative design workshops and guide configuration choices by integrating best practices with the client’s unique business context throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain ongoing client engagement across all project phases, facilitating seamless migration from legacy platforms to Workday HCM.
  • Manage diverse tasks autonomously while providing regular updates to clients, project teams, and engagement managers on project progress or changes.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to configure and validate connections between Workday and client-selected payroll and benefits systems.
  • Assume leadership roles on projects or serve as a Collaborative Partner Lead or Workday Product Partner Lead, including DA Review responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate practical proficiency with Workday tools, including loading client data via iLoads, tenant configuration migration, and setting up business processes and security protocols.
  • Apply technical skills to convert and map various data sources into Workday data conversion templates using iLoads.

Experience and Skill Requirements

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HR Management, HRIS, or a closely related field is mandatory.
  • Certification in Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, or Workday Talent is required.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in Workday implementations is highly desirable.
  • At least two to five years of work experience involving Human Resources, Payroll, or financial software is necessary.
  • Experience spanning two to five years in functional deployments of ERP or SaaS solutions is highly preferred.
