Role Summary
Join Cognizant’s Healthcare Consulting team in London to lead strategic digital transformation initiatives with a focus on public sector healthcare organizations. This role involves contributing to digital maturity assessments, driving large-scale transformation programs, and collaborating with healthcare providers, payers, and government bodies to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and proactively define business transformation opportunities focused on operational improvements, cost efficiencies, and service enhancements.
- Develop strategic business recommendations, plans, and executable solutions addressing client challenges.
- Engage clients and stakeholders through workshops and presentations, effectively communicating findings to executive-level audiences.
- Manage the planning and rollout of new systems, processes, or structural changes supporting operational performance.
Essential Skills & Expertise
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand business needs, formulate strategies, and identify projects.
- Perform comprehensive assessments to highlight and prioritize healthcare business improvements.
- Lead project teams to design and implement effective business solutions within client-specific environments.
- Develop compelling business cases to justify investments in transformation programs.
- Coordinate with technical teams to align business requirements with technological solutions.
- Create transformation roadmaps to guide clients through change processes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to C-level executives.
- Innovate monitoring approaches to measure solution effectiveness and demonstrate measurable business value.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project progress.
- Support business development through proposal creation, tender submissions, and client engagement.
- Contribute to the enhancement of service offerings aligning with client needs and market demands.
- Analyze healthcare market trends and identify new service opportunities.
- Mentor junior consultants to build skills and deepen domain knowledge.
- Assist in producing thought leadership content to elevate the company's market presence.
- Communicate regularly with practice leadership to foster collaboration and share best practices.
