Role Overview
We are in search of a Media Buyer to take full ownership of our paid customer acquisition efforts. Our monthly advertising expenditure already reaches high six to seven figures mostly via Meta platforms, and this is just the beginning. This role involves more than just campaign management—it requires strategizing to allocate budget efficiently, expand acquisition channels, reduce account risks, and build scalable marketing systems for sustainable growth. You will collaborate directly with the founder, influencing budget distribution, scaling tactics, testing frameworks, and channel diversification.
Core Responsibilities
- Full ownership of Meta ad accounts from experimentation through scaling.
- Decision-making on budget allocation and growth strategies.
- Initiate and oversee new paid acquisition platforms including TikTok and Google.
- Diversify ad accounts to mitigate platform dependency and risks.
- Ensure robust account health with contingency measures.
- Launch new creative tests within 24 hours and optimize top-performing creatives.
- Design efficient campaign frameworks to speed up creative testing.
- Continuously improve spending efficiency while maintaining target performance metrics.
Compensation
