About the Role
This opportunity is for a performance-focused video editor to craft direct-response creatives that help D2C brands convert better. The environment is fast-moving and expects strong ownership, quick turnaround times, and a consistently high standard of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit persuasive VSLs, AI-generated ads, UGC-style ads, and other direct-response video assets.
- Produce at least 4 polished batches every week.
- Leverage AI-based tools to improve editing speed and overall output quality.
- Adhere closely to creative briefs and keep revision cycles to a minimum.
- Work in coordination with marketing and creative stakeholders.
- Keep project folders well-structured and follow clear naming rules.
Requirements
- Fluency in German is required.
- Prior experience creating performance marketing or DTC advertising edits.
- A solid portfolio that includes VSLs and native UGC work.
- Advanced hands-on ability with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Higgsfield, Veo, HeyGen, Google Flow/Omni, or equivalent platforms.
- Availability for full-time work and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- A proactive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and receive feedback.
