TrinkJello is a rapidly expanding supplement brand in the DACH region. While the company invests heavily in paid advertisements, its social media channels have yet to become a primary focus. This role aims to elevate the brand's social media from a secondary task to a thriving, engaging community hub.
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will have full accountability for developing and nurturing TrinkJello’s social media presence. The objective is to transition the brand’s channels into vibrant spaces where customers actively participate, learn, and connect.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently design, produce, and distribute social media content across platforms.
- Plan and execute all stages of content creation, including writing, filming, editing, and posting.
- Engage with the community by interacting through comments and private messages.
- Humanize TrinkJello by highlighting the team, company mission, and behind-the-scenes activities.
- Develop educational and brand-centric content that nurtures trust with the audience.
- Take full ownership of social media strategies and continuously enhance the brand's voice and presence.
