- Integrate human rights criteria into supplier onboarding, procurement, and contractor management.
- Evaluate and monitor human rights risks among suppliers, contractors, and in high-risk regions, including conducting audits.
- Support implementation of worker wellbeing standards in cooperation with HSE and project teams to uphold safe and ethical labor conditions.
- Coordinate Social Impact Assessments, community needs analyses, and stakeholder engagement for development projects.
- Oversee community risk monitoring and maintain engagement with local communities, NGOs, and other external parties.
- Manage investigation, documentation, and resolution of human rights incidents, grievances, and remediation activities.
- Maintain governance records, audit documentation, and evidence supporting compliance reviews and due diligence inquiries.
- Serve as the central coordinator for cross-functional initiatives focused on human rights and social impact involving multiple departments and international teams.
- Compile reports detailing human rights risks, social impact outcomes, progress updates, and corrective action plans for management and external stakeholders.
- Assist with external ESG and human rights evaluations, including gathering data, preparing evidence, and monitoring follow-up improvements.
- Monitor budgets, enforce policies and procedures, and contribute to strengthening Khazna’s ESG and responsible business frameworks with targeted, risk-based approaches.

- Postgraduate or professional certification in ESG, Human Rights, or Compliance considered advantageous.
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in Human Rights, ESG, Sustainability, Compliance, or Governance and Risk management roles.

- Experience with ESG and supplier assessment platforms such as EcoVadis, Sedex, or equivalent tools.
- In-depth knowledge of international human rights and ESG frameworks including UNGPs, OECD guidelines, IFC standards, and CSRD/ESRS.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-disciplinary, multi-stakeholder environments involving Legal, Procurement, HR, HSE, and project management teams.
