Role Overview
The Senior Human Resource Manager will take on a pivotal leadership role, orchestrating the overall people strategies and nurturing organizational health. Partnering closely with the CEO, this leader will align talent acquisition, company culture, and internal operations to support the organization's growth and scalability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and supervise advanced recruitment frameworks to attract and secure top talent from various business verticals.
- Develop sustainable, automated organizational systems that bridge the company's vision with self-sufficient team operations and clear career advancement paths.
- Foster a compelling and aligned corporate culture that resonates with company values, ensuring all employees embody the brand's identity and mission.
- Establish comprehensive performance evaluation systems, including scoring methodologies and competency frameworks, to promote excellence and strategic workforce placement.
- Guide and mentor department leaders, implementing development initiatives that encourage a growth mindset and high-performance culture.
- Enhance human resource operations by optimizing compensation plans, benefits administration, and compliance processes, while prioritizing employee development and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum of 10 years in progressive HR leadership, recruitment, or business consultancy roles, with demonstrated success in organizational scaling.
- Expertise in network organizational models, lead generation tactics, and contemporary candidate evaluation techniques.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Excellent communication abilities with a proficiency in leveraging data analytics for informed talent decision-making.
- Strategic and visionary mindset, adaptable to dynamic environments, and committed to personal excellence and continuous improvement.
- Core strengths include creating scalable systems, managing organizational change, and building strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
