Legal Affairs Manager

About the role

We are hiring an experienced Legal Affairs Manager to strengthen the Legal Affairs & GRC function in Riyadh. The position is focused on guiding the business through sound legal counsel, protecting the company’s interests, and contributing to sustainable growth.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day legal matters for the company and provide practical legal advice to internal teams.
• Prepare, examine, and negotiate a broad mix of commercial and corporate agreements.
• Handle litigation, claims, and other dispute resolution matters from start to finish.
• Act as the company’s representative before courts, regulators, and other government bodies when needed.
• Track changes in laws and regulations and translate them into clear guidance for the business.
• Partner with departments across the organization to provide legal support and help shape internal policies.
• Make sure company practices remain aligned with applicable Saudi laws, regulatory obligations, and corporate governance standards.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Law or in a closely related discipline.
• Between 8 and 10 years of relevant professional legal experience.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or hospitality is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Saudi legal frameworks, contract handling, and litigation procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders effectively.
• English fluency is mandatory, and Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
