Pre-Suit Paralegal - Fully Remote (Georgia or Florida)

Sanabria Law is a boutique personal injury firm experiencing rapid growth, serving clients throughout Georgia and Florida. We are currently seeking an adept pre-suit paralegal to manage cases independently from initial intake through the pre-litigation settlement phase. This position is entirely remote, ideal for individuals who are organized, self-motivated, and dedicated to enhancing the client’s experience without an office setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple personal injury cases from client intake to pre-suit resolution.
• Manage coordination of client medical treatment, verify insurance coverages including liability, UM/UIM, MedPay/PIP, and order as well as review medical bills and records.
• Maintain consistent and compassionate communication with clients to keep them apprised of their case status.
• Monitor and resolve liens and subrogation matters effectively.
• Prepare demand packages under the guidance of attorneys.

Qualifications and Experience

• Between three and five years of experience as a paralegal or case manager in personal injury.
• Prior experience with Georgia personal injury cases is preferred but not mandatory.
• Thorough knowledge of the pre-suit procedures, demand preparation, and case evaluation standards.
• Proficiency with case management software and the ability to work completely remotely.
• Being bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
