Role overview
In this position, you will help shape modern learning experiences and digital learning solutions that strengthen employees’ professional and personal development while supporting the organization’s wider HR objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Design and further develop innovative learning formats and experiences for employees.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs through conversations, surveys, and performance data, then translate those insights into suitable learning journeys, training concepts, and capability-building measures.
- Partner closely with business teams and become a trusted advisor on modern learning, including digital tools, AI-enabled learning approaches, and new learning methods.
- Take ownership of the creation and rollout of new learning programs and digital learning solutions.
- Support the introduction of new AI tools from a learning perspective and contribute to change and communication activities together with HR, IT, and Communications.
- Review feedback and relevant metrics, then continuously improve learning offerings while ensuring digital, AI-driven, and regulatory requirements are appropriately embedded in learning processes.
Requirements
- A completed degree in HR, education, psychology, business, or a similar field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Initial professional experience in Learning & Development, people development, or a comparable role, ideally including experience in designing digital learning offerings.
- Interest in digital technologies and AI applications, plus a willingness to learn new tools and trends and apply them in practice.
- First experience in project work and stakeholder management, along with enjoyment of collaborating with different departments.
- A structured, independent working style, strong communication skills, and very good written and spoken German and English.
