Team and business scope
You will join the Asia Execution Group in Singapore, where the focus is on advising corporate and institutional clients across a variety of products and transactions. The work includes capital markets and advisory mandates such as IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and debt offerings. The role provides exposure to multiple sectors and products, including Southeast Asia IPOs, spin-offs, convertible bonds, and share placements, along with a strong environment for career development.
Key responsibilities
The position involves working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to support transaction execution and business origination. You will help manage complex deals end to end, contribute to strategic advice, and coordinate across different teams and external parties.
Experience and expertise
The ideal candidate brings substantial experience in investment banking or corporate finance, along with a record of handling IPOs and M&A transactions from start to finish. This includes due diligence, risk review, project coordination, prospectus drafting, regulatory communication, marketing materials, financial modelling, valuation discussions, negotiation support, and transaction documentation.
