Your Role
- Manage intercompany invoicing workflows and ensure internal group postings are processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Create clarity in financial structures by carrying out intercompany reconciliations, overseeing clearing accounts, and performing regular balance checks.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and contribute to reliable financial reporting.
- Work closely with specialist teams to help shape smooth accounts receivable/payable processes and strengthen collaboration across departments.
- Use modern tools such as Amelkis to help control internal payment flows and continuously improve finance processes.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training with a focus on finance and accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
- Initial professional experience in accounting, financial bookkeeping, or an intercompany-related environment.
- Strong numerical understanding and a structured, accurate, and self-directed way of working.
- Confident handling of MS Excel and ERP systems; experience with netting or consolidation tools is an advantage.
- Good German and English skills and enjoyment of working in an international setting.
