What you'll do

• Oversee intercompany invoicing activities and ensure internal group postings are processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Create transparency in financial structures by reconciling intercompany balances, managing clearing accounts, and carrying out regular account checks.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and contribute to reliable financial reporting.
• Work closely with specialist teams to improve current-account accounting processes and strengthen collaboration across departments.
• Use modern tools such as Amelkis to manage internal payment flows and continuously enhance finance processes.

What you need

• Completed commercial training with a focus on finance and accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
• Initial professional experience in accounting, financial bookkeeping, or an intercompany-related environment.
• Strong numerical understanding and a structured, careful, and self-driven way of working.
• Confident use of MS Excel and ERP systems; experience with netting or consolidation tools is an advantage.
• Good German and English skills, plus enjoyment of working in an international setting.
