About the Role
The Human Resources Business Partner will act as a strategic consultant to senior leadership, helping develop and implement effective people strategies that drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Forge strong partnerships with senior business leaders to provide expert advice on organizational strategy and human capital management.
- Coordinate goal setting, monitor progress, complete appraisals, and prepare pre-termination clearance decks while tracking overall action items from termination clearances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to design impactful initiatives across talent acquisition, career development, performance evaluation, coaching, learning, employee engagement, recognition, and rewards programs.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and insights that inform decisions about organizational health, succession planning, and career advancement.
- Develop thorough understanding and connections with employees to sustain a robust talent pipeline and succession for key positions.
- Participate in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
- Have between 4 to 6 years of professional experience in human resources functions.
