Key responsibilities

  • Handle incoming questions from employees and leaders about all stages of the employee journey.
  • Manage the HR inbox, support the ticketing system and HR hotline, maintain employee master data, coordinate requests within the HR services team, and prepare employment-related documents.
  • Take ownership of certificate and tracking processes and correspond with external authorities.
  • Contribute to selected HR projects and work closely with colleagues to provide strong support to managers and staff.
  • Depending on the assignment, the role may be permanent or limited as parental leave cover.

What you should bring

  • Completed training as a certified HR specialist (IHK) or a university degree, preferably with a focus on human resources.
  • Interest in digitizing HR processes and initial experience using HR software such as Workday.
  • A proactive service mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Confident use of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus very good German and English skills.

Benefits

  • Access to a global learning platform with development programs, training courses, individual learning paths, foundational training, offsites, and LinkedIn Learning.
  • Financial support for professional examinations and other job-related qualifications.
  • Opportunities to broaden your perspective through assignments abroad or participation in cross-functional projects such as innovation and sustainability.
  • Mobility and fitness support, including BusinessBike and a discounted Urban Sports Club membership.
  • Coaching, team workshops, and free confidential counseling services for work-related or personal challenges, available to you and your family members.
  • Flexible working arrangements with mobile work, 30 days of annual leave, and subsidized flexible working time accounts, for example to support a sabbatical.
