About the Role

AGSKart Private Limited seeks an experienced and visionary Holiday Head to spearhead our holidays business. The selected candidate will be responsible for steering business expansion, forging strategic alliances, creating appealing holiday packages, and leading proficient sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Holidays vertical, ensuring growth and profitability of the business.
• Design and launch both domestic and international holiday packages.
• Establish and nurture relationships with hotels, airlines, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and other travel partners.
• Drive B2B and B2C holiday sales through franchise and partner channels.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the holiday sales and operations teams effectively.
• Track sales outcomes, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction indices.
• Work closely with various teams to enhance holiday booking workflows and customer experience.
• Address escalated customer issues ensuring smooth travel arrangements.
• Study market patterns to introduce innovative travel products.

Eligibility and Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum five years of experience in the travel and tourism sector, preferably with leadership roles.
• In-depth understanding of domestic and international holiday offerings.
• Strong capabilities in leadership, negotiation, and business development.
• Experience partnering with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other travel stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
