Head of Operations

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Head of Operations to lead our organization's operational activities with a focus on driving efficiency, optimizing business processes, and ensuring overall operational excellence. This senior leadership role involves managing cross-functional teams, aligning operations with company goals, and fostering a culture of high performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's mission, vision, and expansion plans.
• Manage daily business operations to maximize productivity and uphold service quality standards.
• Create, execute, and refine operational workflows, processes, and performance benchmarks.
• Track critical operational KPIs and metrics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead initiatives focused on operational excellence, process improvements, automation efforts, and cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure operational objectives align with overall business goals and customer expectations.
• Oversee resource management including workforce allocation, budgeting, and operational forecasting.
• Identify potential risks within operations and develop mitigation strategies to maintain business continuity.
• Champion change management and organizational transformation initiatives that promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, quality requirements, and operational controls.
• Coach and develop operational managers and teams fostering accountability and excellence.
• Support strategic initiatives related to business expansion and new opportunities.
• Prepare detailed operational reports and performance updates for executive leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in operations, business management, supply chain, logistics, or related senior leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of operational strategy, process enhancement, and organizational performance management.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and large-scale operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, business analytics, and operational reporting technologies.
• Ability to excel in a fast-moving, dynamic, and growth-focused environment.
• Commercially savvy with strong strategic business insight.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or related fields preferred; MBA or leadership qualifications are a plus.
