Branch Manager

About the Role

AGSKart Private Limited is looking for a motivated and seasoned Branch Manager to take charge of their Hassan branch operations. This role requires managing daily operational tasks, leading the branch team towards meeting sales and business objectives, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch activities to ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead and inspire the branch team to meet sales and business targets.
• Formulate strategies to attract new customers and boost revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and business associates.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and operational guidelines.
• Analyze branch metrics and prepare performance reports regularly.
• Manage customer complaints to uphold premium service quality.
• Handle staff recruitment, training, and mentorship within the branch.
• Liaise with the corporate office to facilitate seamless operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in branch management, sales, or operational roles.
• Strong leadership capabilities and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal aptitude.
• Proven track record in meeting sales and operational goals.
• Familiarity with MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
