This is a senior leadership role for a creative marketing professional who wants to define the advertising approach behind fast-growing digital products in international markets. You will own the creative direction for paid acquisition efforts, guiding work from early concept through final delivery while also developing and supporting a strong team. The environment is dynamic and highly data-oriented, with close partnership alongside user acquisition specialists to improve campaign results through ongoing experimentation and refinement. The position provides broad ownership, room to shape strategy, and the chance to contribute directly to business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Set and drive the creative marketing strategy to improve paid traffic results across several digital products.
- Lead the development of high-performing ad concepts and oversee the entire production process from idea generation to finished assets.
- Recruit, coach, and develop the creative marketing team while encouraging collaboration, engagement, and growth.
- Organize production timelines and day-to-day workflows so creative deliverables are completed on schedule and at a high standard.
- Work closely with User Acquisition Managers to ensure creative plans support campaign goals and performance targets.
- Create and improve production systems and workflows that can scale efficiently.
- Design testing approaches that help raise creative impact and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Track performance data, interpret results, and turn insights into actions that improve both marketing outcomes and team efficiency.
What the role requires
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a Creative Marketing team or a similar creative leadership function.
- Strong grasp of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing fundamentals.
- Demonstrated ability to build fresh advertising concepts that produce measurable business impact.
- Experience managing creative production pipelines and balancing several priorities at once.
- Practical knowledge of creative testing methods and performance optimization.
- Well-developed leadership, coaching, and team motivation capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on product and marketing KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Collaborative, proactive, and outcome-focused working style.
- Experience with video chat, live-streaming, or social networking products is an advantage.
