About the Role
Join a venture capital-backed platform within the creator economy as the Head of Client Success. You will spearhead a team of Campaign Managers responsible for managing extensive creator marketing initiatives targeting leading global brands. Acting as a senior counterpart to CMO-level executives, you will oversee the management of campaigns exceeding $2 million in monthly spending, ensure client retention, promote growth, and contribute directly to product innovation and strategic market advancement of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of 5 to 6 Campaign Managers to deliver exceptional creator marketing solutions with quantifiable impact.
- Serve as the primary executive liaison for prominent client accounts, focusing on retention and scaling of those relationships.
- Oversee and optimize the deployment and performance of over $2 million in monthly campaign budgets with a focus on operational effectiveness.
Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership in client success or account management roles within the creator marketing or digital advertising technology sector.
- Proven experience handling multi-million dollar marketing budgets and accelerating growth for large-scale brand clients.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including mentoring managers and engaging confidently with C-suite stakeholders.
