Role Overview

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee the full spectrum of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), driving the financial engine essential for scaling this cutting-edge AI enterprise. Your work will focus on forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring critical SaaS metrics such as Lifetime Value to Customer Acquisition Cost ratio (LTV/CAC) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). This hands-on position requires transforming detailed financial data into actionable strategies to propel the business through its next expansion phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive company forecasting, budgeting efforts, and long-term scenario planning to prepare for funding activities and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to define, track, and optimize business performance metrics including gross margin, NRR, and LTV/CAC.
• Develop and deliver detailed monthly and quarterly financial reports and presentations for the board and executive leadership while streamlining financial processes to support global operational scaling.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses more than eight years of progressive and hands-on finance experience focused on FP&A and strategic finance within rapidly growing SaaS companies.
• Expertise in constructing complex financial models independently instead of relying on large analyst teams.
• Strong interest in incorporating AI technologies into financial planning and analysis workflows, along with solid understanding of SaaS economics to effectively manage cash flow and runway.

Additional Information

This position reports to a seasoned CFO with experience at Google, SoFi, Twitter, and Postmates. You will be joining a well-funded company already capable of resolving 80% of customer calls autonomously for major clients.
