The Transaction Banking Operations group sits within Transaction Banking in the Platform Solutions segment and supports the full client journey, from pre-sales through onboarding, implementation, testing, go-live, and early-stage support. The team also provides ongoing service after launch across payments and transaction flows on global payment rails, while helping design and improve operational processes, procedures, and controls for new treasury products, services, and partnerships.

This role is part of the Rolling Review function within Client Onboarding. • Make sure all documentation needed under the firm’s Customer Identification Program is collected, checked, and approved within required timelines in line with AML and KYC standards.

  • Ability to learn quickly and absorb large amounts of information in a short period.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and accountable team player with strong organization skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Good relationship-building skills and the ability to explain complex issues to stakeholders with different levels of product knowledge.
