About the Role
Join Goldman Sachs' Global Banking & Markets Operations team in Bengaluru as an Analyst focused on Transaction Banking Client Service. This role supports a comprehensive range of cash and treasury management products, including Deposits, Escrow, Virtual Integrated Accounts, and Global Payments, ensuring exceptional client service and effective risk controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent client service by managing strategic client relationships and resolving exceptions and escalated inquiries related to Transaction Banking products.
- Support Transaction Banking Payment Services and FX Transaction Flows, emphasizing risk management within a growing, dynamic team.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Digital, Sales, and Engineering teams to build and refine next-generation Transaction Banking capabilities.
- Develop and manage control processes that enable efficient business flows for daily transactions, payments, account management, and reconciliations.
- Help scale recently launched Transaction Banking services by adapting to the evolving payment landscape and regulatory environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in Transaction Banking, Payment Processing, or FX Middle Office operations.
- Solid interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with global stakeholders and internal teams.
- Proficient understanding of client support principles and risk control measures.
- Good knowledge of FX payments, International Payment servicing, or Transaction Banking account management.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
