About the Company

Our client is a reputable and expanding real estate firm located in the Midlands, focused on scaling operations through strategic investments and development projects. To support this growth, they have introduced a new role for a Finance Analyst to aid in commercial decision-making and investment activities.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive financial models, conduct scenario analyses, and perform investment appraisals to guide acquisition and investment decisions.
  • Create rolling cashflow forecasts and consolidated financial projections spanning multiple entities.
  • Deliver margin analysis, variance reports, and performance insights to inform business strategies.
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews across the organization.
  • Compile monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with finance and operational teams to convert financial data into actionable commercial insights.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and enhancement of reporting and financial processes during business growth.
  • Engage in strategic finance projects as required throughout the organization.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated strong skills in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel, experienced in creating financial models and cashflow forecasts.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of presenting complex financial information to non-finance audiences.
  • Experience with Power BI or comparable reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in real estate, property development, or construction sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.

Additional Information

Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, this role forms part of an expanding finance team focused on supporting strategic and commercial decision-making across the business.

Salary is €65,000 per annum.
